Calends Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Calends is a calendar utility for Apple devices. It's designed to do its job without collecting any of your data.

What we collect

Nothing. Calends has no servers, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party integrations. It runs entirely on your devices.

What stays on your devices

All your calendar configuration — which calendars feed which masters, your settings, your sync state — lives only in:

Apple manages iCloud. We have no access to your iCloud data, ever.

What about my calendar events?

Your calendar events live in your normal iCloud calendars. Calends doesn't copy them anywhere new. It writes copies into the "master" calendar you create in your own calendar app — that calendar is yours, on your devices, under your control.

If you stop using Calends, your original calendars are untouched and your data stays exactly where it was.

Third parties

We don't use any. No analytics frameworks, no crash reporting services, no ad networks. The only systems Calends talks to are Apple's iCloud and EventKit — both running entirely under your control.

Children's privacy

Calends doesn't collect data from anyone, including children. The app is designed for general audiences.
